I put it back to the vehicle after rebuild and it began to have a rough shake, PO300 pup up mechanic diagnose and told me that piston 3,5,7 were with 0 compression can somebody explain what could happend or if this is a false code. thanks

Not possible or even advisable to remote diag something like that considering you just gutted and rebuilt the engine. Just take it back and have it looked it. Anything else is shortsighted and ill advised.

Welcome to DF
When you had the block done, did you also have the heads done too. The zero compression maybe correct. you either have valves staying open or bent.

I am going to guess he missed the timing on the right bank and bent all valve.

Heads were done too. Yesterday I took the valve covers and notice it was of timing by 5 degrees in the right side. so I took the engine out and send it to the machineshop for waranty. The shop informed that they corrected the timing and recheck the heads. Valves were ok. Now, I just finish installing the engine back and the compresion whent up on 3,5,7 to 60. Same code is showing in the scanner. recheck timing and now is ok. check fuel line pressure and is ok. new spark plugs with calibration. It is giving me a headache please help is needed urgent

Sounds like they f*ck up the Timing AGAIN. Or possibly the valve is ALRDY bent and they didnt pull the head out and fix it
On the 4.7 engine, after you route the timing chain, it is almost impossible to check if the Timing is good or bad. On conventional engine, you rotate the crank shaft 2 revolution, the mark will line back up.
But on the 4.7 engine, you have to make something like 356 rotation for the mark to realign.

Either that or they forgot the rings on the pistons. Try put a small amount of oil in the cylinder and recheck the compression. If it comes up to 160, Then the pistons are not sealing.
