2004 Durango quit working.
It did not overheat, i did not flicker, it did not stahl, it did not shake, i parked it because it was slipping in the snow. It snowed really bad, went to turn it on, then it started to click rapidly, battery was cca @ 332/750, so i replaced the battery, new battery in and then it did the same thing, rapid clicking! What do i do? what could it be, or what is it?

I would verify that the second battery wasn't low on juice...new or not. Make sure the connections are clean and tight. Make sure the ground wires are tight also.
As far as batteries, I only use interstate. The stratus is the first car I've had where the battery needed replaced before I replaced the car. Considering the wife bought it new in 2002 and had the stock battery swapped out in early 2004, that's saying a lot (Still on the interstate battery from 04 and we've lived mostly in NV, AZ and TX.
Again, make sure all the connections are clean and tight. This goes for positive and negative.

I've done everything so far, I even took off starter to get it check by 2 different auto parts store, so the starter is good! I'm completely lost and hate to think the engine froze up! I do like there are 2 recalls on this model but can't get it to start to get it there! Please send me info, advice!

Heres what happened, i forgot to mention it got to -7 below 0 because of wind chill. I had my mechanic take it to garage and that it out, he then got a breaker bar the following morning and it moved slightly, then it moved freely. As i was talking to some other guys at work they proceeded to tell me if i had checked the antifreeze and i replied briefly because i just purchased the durango 1 month prior. so is it possible that the old antifreeze did not do its job? and caused the engine to freeze up..

So it turned by hand. Is there coolent in the oil or vise versa? Have you tried to jump start it?
*EDIT* After re-reading your first post, I bet the new battery isn't up to par (not enough cold cranking amps). Try jump starting it and go from there. If it starts on the jump start, then get a real battery.

Its running fine again!
Yes its running and when my mechanic used the breaker bar it freed it up and he put the starter back on and it started right up. So my assumtion was that it froze up and thawed out over night, which leads me to conclude that the antifreeze in the cooking system is old! Is that possible? or maybe the previous just kept adding water. No offense to all the ladies but the girl was not to caring for her Durango.
and i did buy a new battery and it did the same thing after i put the new battery in.
