Default Part number - right side piston, 5.7L

My brother's truck broke a connecting rod on the left side. It also damaged a piston on the right side. Fortunately it did not punch a hole in the block. I replaced the left side piston assemby but can't find a piston for the right side. No dealers in the US have them in stock. I need the part number for the right side piston assembly to search the internet. Can anyone tell me the OEM part number for the right side piston assembly and if there is any after market replacement piston so I can replace just the damaged piston and not the entire set?

if this was caused from over reving. i think ALL con rods might be weak. and should be replaced. maybe even the pistons. all of the rotating parts in an engine can get damaged from over reving but not fail right then. then fail latter while you are driving at 30 MPH. just something i read a long time ago.

SweetZ:
What year is the truck? I assume the engine is a 5.7 Hemi.
If the year is 2004, I also vote to rebuild or replace the engine.
The 04 Hemi was known to have problematic valve springs as well as a crankshaft clearance issue that often resulted in a broken rod.

He certainly got lucky that the block was not ruined by a rod going through the side of it.
Removing/installing a Hemi is a pretty labor intensive process, and it seems a shame to chance all that effort being for naught should another rod decide to take leave of its duties!

This was caused by hydro-lock from water getting into cylinder #3. Same thing as the thousands of othere 04 Hemi's put there. Can you tell me the the part number for a right side piston (#4)?

I already rebuilt the engine. I just need the part number. Cause was water in cylinder #3. Need part number for piston #4.

Rod did NOT go through the block.

Don't I know it. I can't get one piston/rod assembly, let alone all of them. There are none in stock in the entire country. I need the part number so I can search for it.

Thanks guys for trying to help. I finally located one at a dealership in Puerto Rico. The part number is 53021538AD for the passenger side piston assembly (includes piston, rod, rings and bearing). Thanks again.
