Think I would seriously consider replacing at least the front O2 sensors as well..... Use NTK, or Denso sensors, not bosch. They simply don't work as well on the Dodges. (NTK and Denso are OEM.)

I went out to take a peek under the hood and noticed a sensor (maybe..idk) with oil covering it. It is just above my oil filter. I couldn't get a good photo, so I tried to find a similar photo.. could you tell me what this is? I'm sorry I'm so clueless! I don't know much about cars at all, yet my 5 year old daughter tells me how pistons function. 😬

Buy that girl a service manual.

Oil pressure sensor. If its leaking, its time for a new one.

Thank you! I feel so dumb when it comes to cars. I appreciate all the help you've given me! I'll get that taken care of too!

If you do the work yourself, have your daughter help you, and you can both learn at the same time. It'll be useful knowledge for BOTH of you.

I have my granddaughter help me on occasion. She started when she was about 8. I think she doesn't really enjoy the work, but, she likes spending time with me. (She's 11 now. )
