i have 17x7's on my car, and i love the way they fit and look....but i have my car lowered too. they didnt look too bad when i was sittin stock, but i like them 100x's more now that in 2' lower.

my suggestion is some 17x7's. but thats me.

I would definitely go with 17inch rims and a 205/40/17 tire setup. It doesn't rub on the wheel well and your speedometer BARELY changes. Then you can have it lowered and not have your car look like its 3 feet in the air haha. I saw a ford tauras with huge rims and it looks sooo bad because it was like a foot off of the ground

 

actually da speedometer doesnt really change, its like a .1% difference which really aint much

 

Right, thats what I was saying. With that setup it barely changes. The more you go off of the originally tire+rim size the more it changes. The 205/40/17 setup will read 59 if you are going 60 which is not bad at all. The bigger you go the slower it will read I believe.
