Mines not a 3.0 Iknow that for sure and I have mine stickly for looks but at the same time the way I have my srt setup will never hurt the hp of my ride . Not out for racing anyways until I do my srt swap in a few months I will than have a mopar borla on but until than Im very satisfied with my custom srt setup does wonders at my carshows.

I think you missed the whole point. The original issue was that a 3" exhaust set up on a non-turbo car would hurt performance due to lack of back pressure. You said your exhaust doesn't hurt performance. Your car does not have a 3" exhaust, which makes your comments irrelivant.

I'm confused I was under the impression that the majority of the aftermarket piping for non turbo cars were 2 1/2" and not 2.25. If thats the case your basicly using the same set-up as stock with a few less bends. Iswhat your pretty muchgaining HP from? If I remember for every bend you lose 5HP. Anyone know for a fact if 2.25" piping or 2 1/2" is better for a SXT?

Almost all of the aftermarket exhaust systems for the non-SRT-4 Neon are 2.25" diameter piping. I know for a fact that on a mildly modified 2.0 Neon engine you will be perfect with a 2.25" exhaust that is free flowing. Once you get into heavier engine mods like higher compression, P&P Intake manifold/cylinder head, aggressive cam, a LTH, etc then you can go up to a 2.5" exhaust. Otherwise, stay with a 2.25" exhaust system. And of course if you go turbo and are actually making significant power you can also upgrade your exhaust system to a 2.5" exhaust...

so those grounding kits work?
Yeah they work, and when installed right can do wonders for your electrical system. The only problem is that many of the "grounding kits" that are sold by actual companies are way overpriced for what they are. You're much better off to do a little research and do it yourself, it'll make the difference from paying $200 forthe kit, and instead only paying $35 for the wire and connectors yourself.
Being someone who has some experience, could you do a "how-to" on installing a ground kit the correct way or a link of a good way for our 2nd gens to have this? I think given the length of this forum post, it'd be a nice idea for you having the experience in Industrial Electronics to give us some feedback on the grounding kits. Thanks!
Yeah, let me get a hold of a camera and I'll post one up in a new thread here soon.

Too bad you probably don't really even need 3" exhaust.
