Yes. There are two of those annoying clip things bolting it to the side, with two of those funky looking screws holding the otherside closest to you.Take some needlenose pliers and yank like a madmanon thoseclips to get em loose, then unscrew the two funky screws. Its totally easy to get a good feel underneath if you take your tire off. Once you get the plastic flap loose, then set it on your caliper and have a look at the top of the inside of the fender for those three nuts that you gotta loosen. I went to Lowes and bought a $10 socket set that came with one of those socket wrenches thats a screwdriver that really came in handy here. Its okay if you ruin those stupid clips, cause you can use those cool little zip tie thingies instead.

The mopar lip kits look good but only problem is everyone is doing them on here so Im going for some different bodykit thats really rare like the xenon or wingswest the rarest kits for the 2nd gen neons.
everyone on here may be doing the mopar lip kit, but it's rare to see them on a neon. i have never seen a neon with a mopar kit in person(on a car) . but to each it's own.
