Default OBX CAI

Okay i'm looking for a CAI again. *Btw if you know anyone selling one lmk*

The AEM one seems to be pretty damn expensive, so it's fleagay.

Anyone know if that OBX cai is any good?

None of the CIAs on the market for our cars have been flow tested. They are just piping and nothing more. With that said all you are paying for is the name. Spend your money wisely.

on i side note, i bet the stock intake flows better... At least dodge put some engineering in it rather than just measurements. lol

Hahahah. There is some difference in throttle with a cai. My problem is that it doesn't clear my tire, and I hit it when I reverse or really turn the tire.

I'll try getting an AEM intake but no one sells them decently priced...

Ebay intake FTL. Buy a K&N Typhoon, its $50 cheaper then the AEM, and you wont regrett the decision.

ok...

1. There is no evidence of welds on that piece. It is nicely sanded down and coated.
2. How else do expect them to fabricate an intake. Those bends are two close together to get into a mandrel bender.
3.It has beaded ends on all sides to hold the couplers.

with that said i would not hesitate buying that intake. I'm not sure if you have the fabrication background that i have, but i challenge you to make a better product.
