i plan on keeping my car N/A and am looking for a lil more in the performance department. yes i have an auto but i'm working with what i have. Now would a comp 400 cam be good for my car considering the mods that I currently have (in my sig)...or should I get somethin else...thanks

A Comp 400 is designed for the Magnum cylinder head, so you wouldnt see as much gain on a standard SOHC head. If I were in your postition I would go for the Crane 12, Magnum Cam, or Comp 200, but not necessarily in that order.

 

which is better in terms of quality or all they all equivalent, also in performance

 

IMO, the Comp 200 and Crane 12 are "identical" in performance and quality. The Magnum cam is the same quality, but a little less performance wise (but its also cheaper)...
