Ok I'll clear a few things up here...
The Comp 400 is equivalent to the Crane 14 as far as power output is concerned, but the Comp 400 is designed for a Magnum head, so if you put that cam into a non-Magnum head you wont see as much gains as if you put that cam into a Magnum head. However, even though that cam works best with a Magnum head, in a non-Magnum head it will still give more gains then a Magnum Cam, Comp 200, or Crane 12. The biggest difference between the Crane 14 and the Comp 400 is the Comp cam is designed to keep all the power gains inside the stock rev limiter of 6815 (Mag Rev limiter), while the Crane 14's power band exceeds 7200 RPM's.
Now, between the Comp 200 and Crane 12, there really isnt much difference in any regards...so its really up to you which one you choose. Both of them will give you more power output compared to the Magnum cam, but its not that much realistically (maybe two whp once your said and done) when you look at all three together.

I hope you do know that you're not going to be a powerhouse building up a Neon. These engines weren't meant for turbo and I still dont' think my car is really going to haul *** once i've done a few more mods.
