Its very easy to do the cluster bulb swap. Here is a link for the bulbs:

U need 8 for the cluster if u want the turn signals to be blue too. Otherwise u will need 6. I'm not sure how to do the hvac and I couldn't find the right colored bulbs for the dome light, still working on that, lol. U might wanna check to see if there are any laws against colored lights on the exterior of the car. MI is soooo uptight, I can't have any colors other than amber turn signals and red brake lights. Sucks!
