Hey guys im going on a "field trip" to the junkyard for the first time tomorrow! i was wondering what should i look for? i cheked the inventory and they have a whole bunch of rt's i have an 02 neon btw so what do you guys think i should pick up form there. Im mainly going to the get my foglight (left side) and probably the visor clips but other than that performance parts.. i dont know... what should i get?

 

If you're taking orders for Christmas presents I'll take all the stuff I need to add disc brakes to my '05 SXT.

If I would ever find an R/T in the junkyard I would be taking the head, intake manifold, maybe the header. Even if you do not use it you could sell it for a decent profit. Considering they dont rape you for parts at this junkyard. Which they usually are cheap.

They won't let me in any of hte junkyards around here.

They say they don't like people walking around. If I want something I have to tell them what I want and they'll get it for me.

 

Heh that sucks. The one I have near my place just lets you walk around as long as someone is somewhere in the yard with you...

 

So how do you know what you want if you can't walk around and see what they've got?
