Prothane Motor Mount Inserts
The basics of it is this, tighten it enough that they won't come loose, they do hold the motor in place, and no too much that you break a bolt. I am sure that there are exact specs for every bolt on the car, but thats the easy way.
Here is where the proper wording is needed. Your motor mount inserts aren't actually for the motor mounts, they are for the torque struts, the torque struts simply keep the engines twisting and torquing in check. The inserts limit this movement even more. And the factory service manual calls for these bolts to be torqued to 85 ft. lbs.

SO THAT BEING SAID...THAT MEANS MY O4 SXT NEON MOUNTS (TOP/BOTTOM) WOULD ALSO BE TORQUED TO 85ft/lbs???????
