Are your lenses fogged up or clouded? Yellowing? If they're still clear then just get some different bulbs. The bulbs I put in mine are significantly brighter, I don't know why, I used the same wattage bulbs as stock.
How much did you pay for the bulbs? Are they stock or Walmart item?

What do i have to do, take the whole headlight out? I cant even get to the bulbs to pull them out. And I know what ya'll are thinking. "Man, this chick is gonna mess up her car" Well, I am here to say um...well.... I am asking before I do anything. hehe Let me know. Thanks guys. [X(]

there should be a contoured plastic clip on the back of the bulb assembly which attatches to the wiring harness...it should twist, i believe counter clockwise...it will be a bit tight back there...it maybe easier just to loosen the headlight them selves to twist the bulb assembly out.

Yes, you do infact have to take the entire headlight out. Pop your hood and you will see two screws holding the headlight in. Okay, once you get those two screws out you will have to undo part of fascia. Because to get the headlight out you actually have to pull the front fascia back just a little bit. I think there is one or two of these "fascia" clips in the middle of the car. Just use a screw driver or your hands and pull the plastic clip out. Then all you have to do is play tetris with your headlight, but you have to pull the fascia back slightly to do it. Hope that helps you out some...it may be slightly different then my 04, but I would imagine it be similar. You can always check your manual if you need any more specific instructions.
