Default Headlights for Neons

Ok. Forgive me if this is a silly question, I only know so much about cars. I am not an expert. Can I buy the cool looking "blue" lights for my headlights. Is it just a bulb or the whole lamp etc or what? Its the ones that look almost "clear" like. I do believe Lexus has them and some owners have awaken to only find out their headlights had been stolen. My car is a 2001. If I can buy these how hard are they to install and where can I purchase them? Napa, Advanced Auto, Dodge? Thanks for the help.

NG..im almost positive that your car takes a 9007 bulb...my headlights came out of a modded neon, but i think they didnt change anything in the lighting, except the bulbs...

If it's a single bulb for low and high, it's the same as the Neon.

Yes the bulb is 9007. If you are talking about Lexus' headlights, you're talking about HIDs, not xenon bulbs. But you can get some pretty decent xenon bulbs that have the bluish tint. I've heard the silverstars are good. I personally have APC ricer bulbs in my car.

I checked E-bay. They have 6000K HID Euro Dezigns bulbs for $12.99. Am I missing something here? I thought they were like hundreds of dollars or something. Or....am I looking at the "wanna be" ones. Let me know before I bid away!
