[align=left]today i entered my baby (2005 sxt) in her (and mine) very first car show. i loved it. its so much better being a participant than a spectator in my opinion. although i didnt win any trophies, i was approached to have my car photographed and displayed in a car calendar www.calendarsbymelissa.com here are a few photos of my beauty during the show [/align]

 

Your ride looks pretty nice for a 1st time carshow . Thats how I started out with my ride started with slight mods and now I cant wait for my 3rd yr of showing my 04 sxt with her finshed . keep on going and your eventually youll get something. Congrats on the calender thing though.

i placed 2nd in my first car show

 

my first all around show, i got 3rd, my first two shows i got 2nd both times, it was stereo only

 

i do not usually get a trophy at my local shows..... people in my town are into the restoration of older cars, and imports are like the devil, but when i get out of my town and hit bigger shows, carlisle, nopi, i usually get trophys.... took third at carlisle two years ago, and second at a nopi show two years ago.... it is just the taste of the people that will get u trophys

 

My sxt got 3rd and my 1st show and than I got one more 3rd place and the last yr she worked her way up to 2nd place and my last show of 07 1st place. With all my new mods who knows. Im against all sorts of tuners in my state. I never go to many local shows though only out of towners.
