i have done some small stuff to the car today, but nothing major, cant do anything with out my damn fittings, ugh..... maybe over the week i will get the car running again and maybe start to tune... if not this upcoming weekend maybe... if time permits.
how much was your hood scoop and where'd you get it?
sorry if this wasasnwered already but this is like, 46 pages long lol
Dude he answered that in the first post so you didn't read anything at all... take 5 mins and read the first post at least... i just spent 2 hrs reading all 47 pages of this thread learned a lot and sounds like my build up on my truck lol slowly working on saving money for building the motor right the first time takes forever...
it is a suby hood scoop that i got for 20 dollars, it was cracked in shipping (carbon fiber) we fixed the hood scoop and molded it in the hood, along with cutting the hood to make it functional.... the hood works very well to keep the turbo cool on the car.... but can often be a pain in the rain when the water hits the turbo.... creats steam.... ugh
the whole steam thing keeps me from putting a functional scoop on any of my projects i know it looks cool but i dunno if i wanna deal with the steam and stuff from that...
