No, they did not put V-6's in Caviliers, my butt was talking. Just 4-bangers that came with up to 150 hp depending on what year and model engine you had in a Cavi.

the only cavys worth anything are the ecotec ones.the ecotec motor is quick....its quicker then ours but thats the only way he could have beat you dude...i havnt read the past posts on this but thats the only cavy i would consider buying...the regular 2.4 L 24 valve is a 4 clylndr POS turd....if you get beat buy one of them then somethings wrong with your car...

well there is the basic model thats a 2.4 L 24 valve POS.probably 90% cavys on the road are these models.they come in the older models and the new models...now i know the eco-tec motor is rare and really quick.it is quick even though its a cavy its the only one that can beat us.i would say if you put intake and exhaust on a regular cavy then it still wouldn't keep up with a stock neon(and gen).the eco-tec engines are decent and quick so people have done motor swaps with that engine.

my buddy has one with that engine and my other buddy is swapping his 2.2 sunfire engine for this engine...thats why i know..

 

Oh OK. My supervisor andone of my co workers has the 02 4 door model.

 

like i said if its stock then the only way it can beat you is if its an ecotec
