Default Where did my Project Thread go????

I know that I haven't been on as much as I used to, but due to all the childish actions that were happening on here I decided to take a break.. Well this weekend I was going to add to my thread, but its gone... What a shame... It would have been nice to be notified of server change or thread being deleted...

Well since I need some answers on a issues that I have I guess that I will post, but I'm not sure if I will continue to post my turbo build if it is just going to be deleted...

Well back on the build... well I had a bit of a hickup this past couple of weeks. Three weeks ago I did get the fenders clipped so the wheels will clear. That is the high point.. Here comes the down side.. While attending a few local meets on Friday Nights, I was started to feel my clutch pressure dying on me. The clutch was feeling alright after 15 -20 mins of driving, but once I start off it isn't good. To the point I can't even put it into gear. :banghead:

So I put her back on jack stands. And I think that she is going to stay now until the turbo is installed.. It seems I finish one thing and take her down and then the turbo gets pushed back.

So here we go... I took off the front bumper so I don't damage the paint...

I already had the intercooler installed for a bit..

Here I am tearing apart the engine bay to get access to the Master Cylinder to replace it...

I noticed that I had a lot of play in the shifter but didn't think of it.. well Saturday I ordered these from Cory at Modern....

Here is the part that i need to remove... (this is the new one)

Here is the problem that I have.. . I have disconected from the inside and need to remove the hard line under the main cylinder. I noticed this retaining pin..

Any Ideas???? Or is there a tool that I need to get to remove this P.I.T.A. :cussing:

On another note I will be ordering the AN fittings for the build this week I have cash in hand and will be ordering and the tear down will begin...

Some 90-degree needle-nose pliers should do the trick.

I would try using a small punch or small Philips screwdriver and a hammer and try taping the pin and if it doesnt come out tap on the other side. Tap slow and soft so the pin wont fly out. I hope that helps.
