Also if you are worried about draining your battery completely while your car is not running, you will be able to tell that your battery is getting low when you no longer hear bass. As it takes more power to produce the lower notes. so when that happens to me i then turn my car on and let it run for a while.
if u do this, drain and recharge, will kill the baterry faster. it's like smoking a pack of cigarettes, takes a few days of your life out.
for what u plan to do is not a must, but if u can afford it, get it, it will help.

Ok so the fornt component speakers should be arriving some time this week, they are: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...io+TX6001.html

This weekend I might be buying these: http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...o+TDX6903.html, but that depends on something else in which I'm getting a good deal on. non-audio related

Dorin 82 you are right about doing that over and over will kill the life span of the battery. I have only done that few times and most of those times were during tailgating at home coming football games in high school. As for picking to get a cap or not, go with out one at first and see how things go. If you like then dont get one other wise get one if u can. Nice picks on your speakers.

OK Sorry i havent been on lately been in the hospital and had surgery but Im back. SO srtgtr34 I sent u a pm a couple weeks back explaining the rms thing maybe u didnt get it. SORRY anyway RMS is what an amp is rated for continuously. Max is what the amp CAN produce at a spike. 12volts to lets say 14.5volts. you always wanna match up the rms numbers when purchasing amps and speakers. As for a cap I personally dont like them I have always recommended that everyone get an OPTIMA Yellow top!!! Best battery for audio. Im gonna be running two. for the price of one cap you get like 6 in an optima battery. Hope this helps pm me with any other questions!!!

I might make a video when I get all done with the speakers, get the new h/u installed and buy the amp for em. should be in about a month and a half.
