Default Srtgtr34's Audio & lighting*ultimate led tails!*

Since I have decided to upgrade my audio, why not show you guys my progress.

So when I bought my car 2 years ago it already had some sound upgrades left over from the system that was previously in the car.

Component front speakers and a jvc kd-s690 headunit.

I just purchased my first peice of audio equipment, A Pioneer DEH-P6000UB head unit.

I will have pictures of it when it arrives at my house.

Next item I am going to buy is the custom enclosure for 2 10in subs.

Haha good luck with the bass. You'll miss your trunk space at first but you get used to it.

I need to replace my door and 6x9s =/

Looks like a good start so far. What subs and amp are you planning on using?

The sub enclosure takes up less space than you think, from the trunk hinges to the rear seats and still enough room in between there for the amps.

Did your original head unit have a remote? That head unit looks like the one my little brother has. Pioneer is a good brand. Thats a nice looking new head unit. When is it coming? Where are you getting your sub box from? I need a custom one for my 12's.

Ive been waiting for someone to try out that guys boxes. Just make sure the cubic in. match pretty closely to the sub you decide to get.

The guy is having a no reserve auction and with some luck, nobody will bid on it and I'll get it for half the price. I would show the link but I don't want anyone to snathc it up, lol.

Its supposed to have a remote but by the time i got the car, its long gone. Head unit should be here in about a week. I'll post the link of the guy that makes them on sunday when its over. He does 2x12, 2x10's and one single 12' enclosures. The headunit won't get installed until I get the speakers and the amp for them, unless I find the install fairly simple.
