Does anyone have a 2003 Dodge Neone Factory Service Manual (in PDF)?

I have one for 2002 Neon however, my car is a 2003.
Used to be able to get these on-line for free. Cannot find the '03.

am looking for a vapor canister purge solenoid where is it that in the car
the car its Dodge Neon 03 SE 4door 2.0L

 

The purge solenoid is #1. Don't mind all of the other stuff; there is only a picture of it in the 2.4L engine, but it is in the same spot on the 2.0L engine.
