Two things I can tell you to check....make sure you have fuel getting to your engine and check all your fuses too. Also check all your wires, might be due to shortage somewhere. Shoot some starting fluid into the throttle body and see what happens. If it starts and shuts off, then it will be the fuel pump. Good luck and tell us what happened again.

i can hear the fuel pump when i turn the key and my fuel rail has fuel in it as for the filter if you change the filter might as well buy a new pump cause its all 1 piece isnt it? ive tried throttle body spray didnt help car just spins over and back fires out of the intake if i pull a spark plug is has fuel on it and car fires just fine

Yes, the pump and filter are one piece and I don't think that is the cause. One thing you can do is to reset the PCM...take off the negative battery cable for about 15 secs or so. Also unplug the wires that attach to your PCM and reinstall them again. Be very careful when you are removing the outlets from the PCM...the clips need to be removed and try not to break any plastics in the process. See what happens and let us know on the situation.
