Sorry to say but, no it will not fit a regular neon.

well that one im pretty sure goes to the turbo.


but the one for a regular neon goes to the throttle body. if you open your hood and see a big black box you open it and then see the filter. well you would take out the filter and the huge black box and the parrt that goes by the wheel well. then the tube extend from the throttle body to the wheel well and thats where your filter would sit. inside the wheel well where it can get good air. also sometimes if you live in a non too much rainy place it helps to take off the wheel fender wall cover to allow for more air brreathing.

florida is random as **** for rain, one week it will be sunny, the next 3 weeks will be a downpour...bipolar weather, so should i jsut keep this CAI until i get my turbo? would i sitll be able to use a reg CAI if i had the turbo and turbo CAI?

nope, the intake that u would put on ur car is almost useless... a waste of money if u got a intake for a na car....


could use it as part of ur intercooler piping, depending on size i guess

eh, i can wait for my turbo anyways, i'm probably not really gonna pull an edge over anyone with a CAI anyhow,i guess it was, uhhh, pre planing, yea, let's call it that, haha.
