I'm looking at a body kit for my 2004 Neon and was wondering if there is a difference in a 2003 and a 2004. I don't think there is but i could be wrong. THe page says for a 2000-2003 and i know that there is a difference in the 2000-2002 and the 2004 headlights and taillights. I want to make sure what i get will look good before i spend that much money.

 

There is not any difference between 03 and 04 that I am aware of.

 

yeah im guessing thats a typo... 00-02 are the same and 03-05 are the same as far as i know

yeah there is a slight difference cause I got sides that were for a 2000- 2003 and they said they would fit but they didnt so I got the smoked ones which is for a 2004.

 

i also think that the 2003's have that darker ring around the headlights while the 04s are clear all around.

im judging from expierence on this one, as seeing i bought an 03 headlight for my 04 and the 03 had that dark ring.

 

you sure it was an 03 headlight you bought..i thought the 02 was the last year they had to dark ring around them?????

 

From what I have read does the 03 have the smooth rear bumper that has to have the cutouts for the RT style exhaust. I know the mopar book said you had to trim it on an 03 but my 04 with the newer bumper style with the protrusion on either side of the license plate did not. May be some mounting hardware changes that went along with that.
