I did mine it was easy just use 2 hydraulic jacks and lower the spindle down once the nut is loose on the strut shaft. Just soak all the nuts & bolts with PB Blaster the night before ya do the work it helps. While your that deep in might as well do ball joints & control arm bushings too. Mines a 00' too if and definately needed it all up front.
Spring compressors look way dangerous to me lol If you've ever dropped a coil spring from about 5 feet up and see it blast thru dry wall you might see what I mean

under the "economy" heading on Rock Auto they have Monroe "Econo-matic" Assemblies, again similar Part numbers, just change the 17 out front to an 18(181578,181579,181580) for $60.79 Per Corner.
