I thought that was on the SRT4's? People upgrade to the 100A PT alternator at times. Hmmm. I will have to look around and see for certain. I do know if you upgrade to an SRT4 alternator, you have to upgrade the wiring because the non-SRT link is not 150A.

EDIT: I'm seeing 85A as the non-SRT Neon alternator output. 10A under the limit of the 2 gauge wire...nice. Being 85A however, I only know of 80A and 100A fuses. Which one do I get?

That's what I was thinking. Better safe than sorry. Now I'm off to work on a few of the ground upgrades...

I got two of the five grounds done. I needed to buy the correct size battery before I could finish the rest. I had my GF buy me the correct size just this evening, and I'm giving her the one out of my car for her truck that needs one. Swap basically. I will probably finish it up this next weekend. Your tips and tricks and pictures helped out! Gave me an idea of how to run the wires, and how best to install the lugs.

Soldered and covered.

Yeah. It is very, very small compared to the 2 gauge. About 1/8" thick and about 1/4" wide or so? No wonder they have issues.
