Im debating doing this clip swap myself, but what are the differences in the headlights, and isnt the bumper cover what you see (to me its a bumper swap but idk maybe someone can shed more light on this for me) as well as the washer bottle? could i get by without the headlights and washer bottle? is there any specific years of an srt4 i need to use? Is there any differences on the rear bumper from the neon se to the srt4? i have a 2001 neon se and i want to make it look a bit better but keeping it mostly stock neon parts (hints the srt4 cuz i found one cheap for parts)

Bumper cover is the technical name for it as it covers the actual bumper, but yes, it is referred to "the bumper" 99% of the time. You only need the washer fluid reservoir tank (washer bottle) if switching to an SRT4 bumper cover.

The rear bumper is different, but nothing that you need extra parts for besides the 2003-2005 taillights.

Ohkay, so personal preference from the srt4 or the base neon bumpers? Im google image searching and not finding many differences in the 2003-2005 years.... is there much of a difference? And thank you so much for clarifying that. i didnt look that close to realize the small change in the Headlights

 

2000-2002 and 2003-2005 are the same. The main difference in the headlights is the '03+ have the turn signal integrated into the headlight housing itself; that's why '03+ bumpers don't have that cutout in the bumper where the grille is. Taillights: '03+ are more flat on the bottom, where as the '00-'02 are round the entire way.

There are no differences in the models for those two different time periods, except the R/T and SRT models.
