Default 2005 neon/sx2.0 top speed?

Hi Neon owners!
I am having a debate with a co-worker about the top speed and red line rpm.
I would appreciate any info as I know I had done 126mph in this car when I owned it. Does anyone know where or can forward a technical sheet or spec sheet showing these figures.
Whould appreciate any confirmation.
Thanks
Jim

How do you figure that it cuts out at 120? I took mine out to the local small airport, speedo said 124 mph and my GPS said 122 mph with 175/70/17 tires (stock). I ran out of runway.

175/70/17 is a stock tire size?

Ha, that sounds better. That would be a HUGE tire for a small car.

How do I figure that? Because that's what it is programmed to do, or so I'm told. Do you have an SRT cluster?

The higher the speed is, the more "off" a speedometer is. GPS is pretty close, but not 100% accurate either (note the GPS MPH is closer to 120 than the speedometer). The R/T is limited to 130MPH AFAIK, and the SRT-4 is 153MPH.
