Default throttle body

I know the MPX throttle body will work. And I'm going to order soon. The ? is how dead do you all think I will be after my wife finds out. LOL

Yeah I just installed mine the other day. It's freakin awesome. Just don't forget to put in the stock gasket. I forgot to lol. By the way, what underdrive pulley do you have? MPx?

hey bdm, did the new throttle body get rid of that high pitched whine that the old throttle body was making, or is it louder now?

actually yes,

to me it sounded like a rapid fire bird chirp. lol I'm pretty sure we are talking about the same thing. You could only hear it when you had a certain ammount of pressure on the gas pedal? (around 2000 RPM) If this sounds like what your talking about then yes it's gone now. It always bugged the crap out of me. I'm so happy it's gone now. I wasn't even aware that it was the throttle body until I installed the new one and noticed it was gone. But anyway it was replaced with the sound of air comming out. Only not nearly as loud, and if anything it sounds cool instead of annoying like with the "bird chirping".

Just ordered the throttle body. Getting sway bars too. Going auto crossing soon.
