If your on stock bottom end...the SRT-4 "kit" will be more cost effective. The HRC Stage 2 is better, but you cant really utilize the slightly larger Hahn 16g turbo on a stock bottom end.

And YellowNeon, sorry man I cant really help out to much since I have never wired up a PortFueler, but it should be pretty simple since the PF adds an extra set of injectors for in-boost fuel control so you shouldnt have to touch any stock fuel electronics. If your instructions arent detailed enough I'm sure you can call HRC directly for technical support.

I actually heard that teh Hahn Portfueler doesn't give you totally new injectors, it just includes add on like things that you can use with your stock injectors, not sure though

Yes, the PortFueler adds four additional fuel injectors along with an additional fuel rail. Heres a picture of what the setup looks like...

Alright I am going to slowly buy parts to build my turbo. I just want to know some things I can do to prep my engine. Now I know I will need to rebuild the bottom of my engine which I will do. I do know all the things I need and what I need to do to get a decent 8-10psi turbo on my sohc. My main question is do I still need to get an indy intake and 60mm throttle body? Is there anything else I should def get other then the basic turbo setup?

You dont need a new intake manifold or throttle body for a turbo setup.

But, would one make my setup even better? I want to build a good reliable setup, I dont plan on doing it anytime soon Im gonna take my time and buy all the best parts I can get for it.

Well there would be a lot of things you could install to make your setup better...its all in how much you want to spend and what your turbo setup looks like...

okay...so i have a turbocharged dodge neon. it's a 2000 model, i threw in a garret t3 turbo in it
i had a shop do injectors, and a greddy e-manage system
they pretty much had no idea what they were doing
it ran constantly rich
i put in a fuel pressure regulator inline right before the fuel rail
a few times it ran lean
i'm pretty sure it's detonated once or more because my piston rings are severely cracked
maybe even the pistons also
the car pretty much spits gas out my tail pipe, i haven't turned on my car in about 3 weeks because it pisses me off attempting to drive it, i live on campus now so i don't really need to drive
the cheapest route is to do an engine swap, i can easily get another 2000 engine for around 600bucks
but, i was wondering..is there anyway i can use uppper year engines?
would it affect anything if i threw in a 2003-4 engine in my car? from the neon line?
or maybe swapped another engine (other than srt-4)?
i want to be in contact w/ another enthusiasts who knows what they are talking about!
thanks so much guys
