Just got my set of APC clear corners in, just wanted to know whether you guys think I should install the amber bulbs that came with them. I kinda don't want to and really dont think a cop will notice something like that b/c alot of car dont even have corner lenes. So what do you guys think?

So, what are you gonna put in there if you don't put amber bulbs in? None? I have white bulbs in mine. Looks pimp...and its legal as well, here at least.

 

I have the chrome ones in mine that are the super white ones same goes for my turns in my black housings . Amber is pretty boring. I have nightshaded sides use to have moden performances clears like your apcs. They do look really nice with your blue ride.

 

I was just going to leave the stock clear bulbs in but I don't think that is legal, but I guess I just won't worry about that and leave the clear ones in.

 

where'd ya get the clear APC's?

Yeah i got them off egay, but the stuff I buy off ebay, ALWAY make sure is EXACTLY what I want. They are APC clears so i knew exactly what i was getting. I'm not sure maybe Autozone could order them b/c they are a APC delear but I wasn't in town so i just ordered them off ebay. And plus they were 15 bucks cheaper than modernperformance for the same thing with the amber bulbs included, so that why I did that. When I order larger items I will deffinalty go with modernperformance but for stuff i know is what i want i usually go ebay.

Oh and the APC box says that to be D.O.T compliant you need to use the bulbs which I assume applies to all 50 states. But it's such a minor detail if the cops pick up on it then they deserve a christmas cookie!

in nj you cant have white bulbs its amber or ticket but i would keep the amber bulbs that came with it i dunno the white in my opinion remind me too much of the riced out eclipses i see driving around with all the turn signals and crap white and it looks bad. the amber doesnt look half bad especially lit up at night because its got a sort of glow to it
