Introduce Yourself Here!
Hey guys, my name's Mac, I'm 23, and I own a 2003 Dodge Neon SE that I bought about four years ago. It has a 5 speed manual transmission and absolutely no mods or power-anything other than brakes and steering. I live in South Carolina and have for the past four years.
The car is great, but for two things--uncovered parking has been taking its toll on the paint job, and as of a this morning, I can no longer put the car in reverse. But hey, that's why I'm here.

I'm a 36 year old Mopar enthusiast. I have a 2001 R/T Motorsport clone. I ordered the car and with all the Mopar made options. I installed SRT 4 front brakes and am in the process of building a custom ram air system and a one off cold air take.
After 66 pages of introductions, it seems that this particular forum has become diluted and dull. I know I'm a noobie to this DF but d*mn...wheres the NEON LUV!? LOL

Welcome to the forum Cali and don't judge the forum from one thread, and the introduce yourself Thread at that too. Check out all the other threads in the neon section as well. LOL!!! There's a lot more to DF than this one thread.
Hope you find everything you need and want here.

Hello, just wanted to say that this forum has helped out tremendously with certain issues I have been having with my '03 SXT... I'm relatively new to this site (8/12) and havent had alot of time to post. Keep up the good work all.

Hello everyone, just picked up an '02 SE the other day. Not in the best shape visually, cracked bumper cover, cancer on the hood, some dings and dents- but nothing major and nothing I can't repair.
180xx miles, but everything works - no leaks burns or anything...I'm very surprised.
However, I have found one issue, which apparently is common. Shift solenoid appears to be bad.
Other than that, everything is great - have owned fords and chevy's my whole life, owned two eagle talons - I have made my way to dodge at last ;-)
Seems to be a fun little car, glad a forum exists!!
