I have 1.5inch lowered car and I looking to replace all of the four tires. I believe the stock tire on 2003 neon SXT is 185/60/15. But the my question is will 195/60/15 fit. It's 5.4% wider and +.3 taller than stock Tires. So, Will it fit??

Oh yeah it should fit just fine...

 

Might consider a 205/55R15 that will fit on the rim and be much closer for the speedometer/odometer.

They wear out easily for my driving....It only lasted for 15K.

 

Drop the size you prefer in the selection boxes on tire rack and you can get a good idea of price ranges and some of the brands available in that size.

 

The correct size for your application is 195/55R15.

 

195/55R15 would be -.81 MPH off
205/55R15 would be -.38 MPH off

Any wider you need wider rims.
