I jus have a CAI from ebay, don't know the brand but it was $40. I would like to replace with a 14x3 someday, dont like how big the holes in the filter are...

Which 14x3 are you all using? I tried the edelbrock pro-flo and the base plate didnt fit, it sat too low and hit the bracket for the throttle linkage, etc.

i highly reccomend not using the edlebrock proflow, people have engine fire cause the foam catches on fire because of back fire threw the throttle body .

I use the Spectre, bought from AutoZone.

It wasnt the foam one, it was a round paper filter. And ill go look at it and see what i can come up with.
