Pulled some old wire fencing out of the ground, it was completely wrapped up in a huge thorn bush...

Cut the runners and shortened the divider in my plenum before I swap engines. I'll pick up some carbide bits tonight, so I can smooth out the edges. I'll also use them to gasket match and bowl blend my heads while Im installing new valve seals and lapping my valves.
Also, I noticed in other peoples threads about the plenum mods, they eliminate the center divider. Mine has an EGR port, and a tube cast into the divider, so I just shaved off the material on top of that. Anyone else seen this?

I remember someone saying they cut the EGR tube flush with the wall of the manifold on the inside and didn't have any problem.

Hmmmm..... Now the gears are turning. That sounds simple enough, if it works. Also, on my EFI swap thread, HeyYou mentioned EGR delete... Decisions, decisions...

Eastern WA again. We were only running 10 hour shifts this last week, which was stupid. If I am out of town I want to be worked like a mule and get paid. Instead we sat around the hotel. The week before I got 71 1/2 hours, but last week only 49. Frustrating.
