Most of that $60 is just the filter IIRC.

Fluid.

Gasket/filter kits are usually less than $20.

Put a new Hunter push guard/bull guard/grille guard/cattle guard. (whatever you want to call it). Also bought a pair of single steps. Got the driver's side done last night, then the drill died. Wasn't able to get out there today due to a tornado about 15 miles away that touched down at DIA (Denver International Airport). I'll eventually get the passenger's side done. haha

How's the installation going on yours?

I have a Hunter Brush Guard, it took some drilling to get the mounting brackets to bolt to the frame....

True.

I have to buy 7qts to get back to full after a pan drop, so it's still around $30 for cheap fluid.

cheap fluid will work but i would rather use good fluid. plus he may also have to buy a pan to catch the fluid.

I've used SuperTech (in the transmission now) and Valvoline Full Synthetic, lots of miles with both fluids and I can't tell one difference. Maybe the transmission can, but it hasn't complained.....
