That will save ya some serious pocket change.

How far they gonna punch it out? (.030 is pretty standard overbore, and makes finding pistons MUCH easier/cheaper.)

Yes! $1,500-1,700 for the swap so I'm happy I can do it myself, and the experience is a nice bonus...as far as boring the engine I believe .030 is what they'll do but they never said what they'll do to it yet, I'll find out soon tho. Ill keep updates on her still.

Put $40 in the tank last night, been driving it a lot more lately, noticed it's really liking these cold temps, lots of power under the pedal!

It's no secret I used to experience pinging on a fairly regular basis. But no ping in a long time and it's rarin' to go!

(Also fresh oil change recently too)

These last 4 mornings my neighbors have been peeking out their windows because my truck backfires in the cold.

EDIT: To stay on-topic, I fueled her up.

would have cost me $150 at the auto parts store for the same bulbs as the parts store sells them for $50 a 2 pack where this particular seller on ebay sells for $30 a 2 pack and $25 a 2-pack for the 9004 bulbs (the bulbs your trucks take)

the sports use the same bulbs as your single low/hi beams for just high beams and use 9007 for both low and high. (quad hi-beams)

here's a link to the seller with your 9004 bulbs for $25 shipped (2-pack)

Thanks Jig. I went for those for the cost. Arriving tomorrow already. I almost got 2 pair.

Stewie, thanks much for those PIAAs too. They are a good alternative and appreciate the input.

And your morning cold temp is like 72, right? Something wrong with getting ping anyways, even if less than that.
