What Did You Do To Your 2ND GEN RAM Today?
lol you wish you had my rust bucket
it's only a 600+hp rust bucket that's still getting 15mpg!
some people are all show and no go...
I don't subscribe to that club
she don't need to show anything...she just needs to GO!

I learned with my mirror mount to put a heavy cloth over the hole so it doesn't fall down into the bowels of the dash.
Mine looks exactly the same, and I'm beginning to think $388 for a new one isn't looking too bad after all, but then you put the price of a new bezel with that and wellllllllllllll.................
At least installing a radio is easy as hell at that point lol

I have no cat and don't have a fuel smell, you might have something else going on.....
Put gas in it, drove it to Salmonarm to pick up the new wheels/rims, they will work for the summer then sold as I will be going up to a 17-18" rim next year. The rear diff is almost ready to go under the truck just waiting on a Spicer part pinion yoke 2-4-7681-1X for 7290 joint to fit the Dana 60. There are NO combination u joints for this swap (7290 to 1410) and the 9.25 yoke will NOT fit a Dana 60 close but not close enough. So far it looks like no ds mod's are needed, but I will find out more over this weekend, all by tape measure so far, time will tell.
New Black Iron Outcast Wheels 16x8.5 8 bolt.

60 all cleaned up and painted with Por-15, great stuff. Still need to change out the shoes and wheel cylds, make new hardlines as well.

Those rims look sweet merc. Are you gonna put them on the truck or...? (we need pics
)
I just picked up an oem replacement intake (used off ebay) for my truck and cleaned it up a bit. Probably gonna have a machine shop thoroughly clean it and check the surfaces for any imperfections. I suspect my intake must be warped or something because I've done two plenum repairs (using hughes gasket and then felpro) and it's leaking again. Hopefully this new one will do the trick.
Only problem with it is there is a manifold bolt lodged in its hole, and the seller didn't even bother to mention this to me... Gonna drill it out on monday then head over to the machine shop for a quote.
Actually two problems with it, the intake is from a 98 and there's two coolant sensors on it. Whats the best way to block it off? just screw in a bolt I suppose..
