How's the condition of the weather seal between hood and cowl?
Ya know, you've just created the perfect conditions for a decade of drought by buying that cool snowblower.
Seal is good, weather really wasn't all that bad. Not even too terribly cold..... (unlike today, it is currently -1 out there.....)
Yep. I figure over the summer I will get the tractor that is slated for snow duty prepped, and runnin' good, get the cab on it (with a HEATER) get the snowblower reconditioned, and mounted, and it will never snow here again.....

I figured the seal would be good, given that it's you and not some random guy who just got his first Ram for his 16th birthday, but I thought I'd be a fool and ask anyway. Small block Mopars being famous for getting twitchy when water sneaks in at the back of the hood and all.

And ptooey to those who deny anthropogenic climate change after that, huh?
Removed the front driveshaft. One of the u joints was squeaking and annoying me, and my cad is messed up so I'm going to leave it off until I fix the cad.
went to the junkyard today and they got a Ram in with cab lights so i grabbed them got them installed on my truck. just gotta get the wiring installed tomorrow. also working on the headliner tonight.
Installed a 14x3 air cleaner, top radiator hose, thermostat and charged the AC.
Thought for sure the compressor was shot due to the age and the truck sitting for 3 years. When I was confirming the thermostat was working and getting the air bubble out i noticed condensate on one of the AC lines. It wasn't blowing cold in the cab but the line was cold. Got a can of 134 and the air is just cold and right at 40. Looks like I got lucky for a change.
I love when dodge guys around my town ask if I've fixed my plenum gasket yet. The look on their faces when I play dumb and say "Nah, I don't have one of those" is priceless. Love my M1!
