Replaced upstream and downstream O2 sensors. Replaced with NTK. Upstream took 5 minutes. I thought this is gonna be a breeze. Downstream, 2 days a lot of pb blaster, hammer and heat. It finally broke free and came out.
I put new fabric on my headliner today.
Got a pic of halfway, but some fast approaching rain cut my activity’s short... I got it all down just as the rain started, and had to rush it into the shed.
I just have to trim the edges and cut the openings.

How hard was it? I have to do mine but probably not until next year as I just glued it back down today. Started separating at the front windshield and I have clearance lights. So they might have been leaking. Post a pic of it done!

A bit of contorting to get it out of the cab, but the most time consuming is getting all the old foam off the backer.
Gluing the new fabric on, it pays to have an extra hand to hold one corner while you work down the center and out to the other side... then you can work back the other way... being a good contact adhesive, you get one shot at laying it down right.
As you can see, I laid the fabric over the backer and folded it back on itself so I could do the front half... then folded the remainder the other way and worked back.
After spraying the adhesive, it sits for about 15min until it stops being tacky... then you lay it up and press it down firmly... it fully dries an about 1hr.
I just have to trim the edges and holes before putting it back in.
Ok, today I trimmed the edges of the headliner (that I covered last weekend), and opened the holes.
I also went around the edge and superglued anywhere the backer itself had started to delaminate (mostly on the corners).
Then the install... it went back in easier than I remember it coming out.
The added thickness from the insulation wasn’t an issue, but it was noticeable... it wouldn’t want to be any thicker.
