Went down and picked up a K&N CAI today and installed it! Love the sound when getting on it and throttle response is much better! Waiting to see if I see any change in mpg. Next up Hella's 500FF behind the grill next week! However, thinking of painting the hose clamps black...the silver kind of bothers me, just a little nuts I guess for detail Couple pics...

Now its time to run to a tire shop and get a patch-plug put on that thing.
Yeah the tires have road hazard warranty so I took it to tire kingdom today and got it patched the guy took close to 5 minutes to get it out, and it held air fine just didnt need it to fly out doing 80 on the turnpike

Took it to Firestone for an alignment last Sunday and learned that I needed to replace all four ball joints and the idler arm. Sunday night I ordered the parts from Rock Auto (received them yesterday) then picked up a ball joint press from Harbor Freight this morning.
Back to the truck, replaced the driver's side upper ball joint, removed the driver's side lower ball joint, then caught hell trying to press the new lower ball joint into place. Now waiting for my temper to subside to return to the job. Good thing it's not my daily driver.
