Seriously?
Take the two screws loose and lift the cap up, then transfer each wire from the old cap to the new one, one at a time. then grab the rotor, pull it straight up and off, then push the new one on. then put the cap on and tighten it.

New Idler Pulley, Tensioner Pulley, and painted all the brackets. Not too shabby if I must say so myself.

Just some bending and reaching involved, you can see the two screw from either side of the motor but I had to lay across it to reach them. Next time I might take the front wheels off and set it on the axle to lower the truck. HAAHA

Installed a new cam sensor, resynced the timing (hoping to fix my idle problem), seafoamed er, and changed the oil, used castrol syntec 5w-30 full synthetic and a bosch plus oil filter? ($26.99 for the combo at advance).

Painted the hitch trim black today, it was getting all rusty. Need to pick up a new 7-pin plug for it, PO snapped it off and had it ziptied. Going to be doing that tonight along with buffing my headlights up a little and fixing my dragging exhaust

Also gave it a quick wash and detail: http://s57.photobucket.com/albums/g2...fe/truck-3510/

Prolly gonna run er down to the carwash sometime next week, gonna be nice and she could use a nice wash.

Put more nightshade on my tails and 3rd brake light, I'll have better pics tomorrow but this is of the passenger side tail (which now the turn signal and brake light dont work but the running light comes on, probably twisted a wire or something):

Picked up a Haynes manual for the truck, and also a trailer wiring adapter. We're going out for a trail ride, so I'm hitching up to my buddies 7x14 enclosed trailer. I have a 6-pin on the truck, but the trailer has a 7-pin............I needed the adapter. We've got 6 bikes going on this trip, so 4 will go in the trailer, plus 2 in the bed of the truck. This will be the first test hauling 6 dudes, 6 bikes, and all our gear and fuel. Should be a great time!
