Good deal! I found some stock take-offs from 96. MINT condition for $200. The ones from the factory are more than that each!

 

its a friend of mine lol he was selling them for $250 but he said seeing how they were for me he'd drop it down to $150, i love my friends lol

 

I found a set of stock rims and tires for 150 also, but i'm going to go with a 17" rim for my spare so it will be the same size as the ones on the truck.

Replaced a brake line that rusted in two. Bought new rotors and pads for the front, thought it was gonna be an hour job tops. Put new rotors and pads on shelf in garage after realizing it was going to be more like a 3 day job

 

well today I changed my transmission speed sensor and my rear differential sensor. check engine light no more

 

Nothing. tmrw I will be doing a minor tune up and prepping it for a 500mile drive=)

Today i am starting the overhaulin' to my truck. I have it pulled off the road and this is what i am doing to it.

-Front Rotors, pad, and calipers. -Have parts
-Adjust rear brakes (already new) replace e-brake cable. -Have parts
-Ball Joints -Have parts
-Tie Rods -have parts
-Wheel bearings -Have parts
-Axle Seals -Have parts
-Steering stabilizer
-Front axle u-joints -Have parts
-Tranny fluid/filter change
-Flush out heater core
-Replace some burnt wires/replace horn. (going to get the "awoooogaaaa" horn lol)
-Drop oil pan and clean pick up tube (nothing wrong with my PSI just doing it for the hell of it)
-Gut cat, put on a nice muffler


And what im going to do today, im dropping the gas tank, and fixing my fuel guage (stuck on full) This is going to be fun....Now i begin Stage 1 lol

All i need is the steering stabilizer and my fluids/filters, i have the rest of what i need...cant wait to see how good she'll go after this.
