well either way im just gonna settle for the painted ones, and when thepaint burns off it burns off, my engine is hardly ever show quality, and id rather look at headers opposed to the stock manifolds which are rusty as well. so oh well.

anyways, my train horn came in today, finally after they shouldve been here last week.
got an email from hornblasters, and they shipped the compressor out today, should be here tommorow according to a ups email i got.

Installed new fan clutch and took pictures while I had the hood open

 

what did you use in there to make the black so damn shiny and clean looking?

 

finished applying and sanding bondo, tomorrow she's getting bedlined (finally!!!) and thursday, new rubber

also i refilled my overflow bottle (the cooling system had drained it as it cooled after running the motor for 20 minutes after the plenum fix)

And it was right after spraying gunk looks like that for about 15 minutes thats when I decided I needed to take pics it dulls out after drying

 

oh, i did that once, but i didnt notice any difference under the hood so ive never done it since.

 

Well its the only thing I use under the hood to clean off the mud, I used to use something else that left it looking shiny for a couple weeks but they stopped making it

 

oh damn that sucks

 

Well, when I got it out, it was trashed on the inside, the stud just flopped around, sideways, and in and out. Would have been done in no time.But, of course the axle seal is leaking and I didn't have one.So off to the parts store in the mornnig to get a seal.Does anyone know if Spicer puts a logo or anything on they're parts ? It looked exactly like the Chinese crap one, that I removed.Thought maybe I'd been scammed.
