Bought a 46re master rebuild kit,new front pump,torq convertor bands and external tranny cooler oh yea my trannys smoked

 

Gunna be heading on down to IL on Friday. Gotta start getting everything ready today. Then after that I'll pack my ****. Oil's changed, new trans fluid, brake fluid, and coolant looks good. Tomorrow will be Rear diff and check the drums and shoes. Busy Busy

 

Found a nasty whine from water pump/fan clutch. They both are new with 8K, and somehow they're bad again. hopefully i can get them warenteed.

 

Not really about the Dodge, but I took the tarp off the camper for the first time since November. Looks pretty good, but I'm still gonna wash it and my uncle's gooseneck camper Saturday. Its gonna be 80* here by the weekend!
Going camping in two weeks! Hope Purpl is up to the task!

 

Found out i need a new fuel pump, not supposed to be able to hear it driving down the road inside the cab with the windows rolled up.....

Not to mention the fact she wont start for **** and i cant go over 70

 

if its doing that i highly recommend not driving it unless you absolutely have to..otherwise i promise you bud youll end up on the side of the road

 

oh trust me i know all too well what a blown fuel pump is like, happend in my durango 800 miles from home.......

that was an expensive *** tow bill to the nearest shop

 

^dont worry Yak i have to take my fuel pump out soon too....my sending unit snapped off i think.

took a buffing wheel to my headlights now theyre good as new
