What Did You Do To Your 2ND GEN RAM Today?
I changed the oil, greased the chassis and all U-joints. Then I pulled the front tires and did a brake inspection.
Adjusted the back brakes, changed the fan belt, and reset the stereo.

Well technically it was Friday, but I re-gapped my plugs and checked my plenum...which is still not blown.
My Autolite 3923's had burned to about .045 from .040 after about 11K miles...but they looked good and are burning right, so I am pleased.

Washed it.....played in the mud...yes wased and waxed it first so the mud comes off easy when it rains..haha....The did some burnouts...Went to a buddys...found a coolent leak..just changed the water pump 3 months ago...found the balencer slid back..have a spare so no big deal...untill we take the balencer off and find it rubbed a hole in the timing chain cover...found the timing chain loose...found the cover gasket was blown out at the coolent passege( found the leak)...so now need new cover, chain, and seals...fun times still love my truck though
I changed the rear diff fluid, seafoamed it (driving down the road with a huge cloud of white smoke, then seeing a cop roll through it RIGHT BEHIND ME. He didn't pull me over, which amazed me). I also had the timing chain swapped out and a new water pump. Next stop: Plenum. I gotsta get me a Hughes plenum kit and associated gaskets/bolts.
I'm hoping the timing chain will help pick up the MPG a bit. It had gotten pretty dismal.
