Yup, 3rd Gen seats!

Look good in your truck though, how much work did it take to make them work?

Thank you. They really werent too bad to modify. There are 4 mounting feet on the front and 4 more in the back. I had to cut the 2 center-rear mounts almost flush with the rest of the frame. They are currently acting as feet in the back and are not yet bolted down. After welding a basic piece of flatstock with a hole in it to them, they will be secured. I also cut the 2 outer rear mounts, and then rewelded them to the side of the frame to match the shape of my floor. I used the cut off center feet from the back to extend my front feet far enough to reach the floor. The outer four corners are all bolted down, and it feels very solid with myself, my wife and my son. The center mounts are probably overkill, but I will do them anyway. Ill hook you up with some pictures in the morning. Its getting dark and snowing now.

I am a thinner/average build guy. Also, Im right at 6' tall. I feel very comfortable with the seat height, headroom, legroom and seat/steering wheel spacing. Also, I am stoked to have headrests. In the event that I get rear-ended, my neck will thank me for them.

Installed new battery.
My old one came with the truck and it was starting to give up the ghost.
Not to mention it was only 575 CCA new and now only put out 349

Walmart MAXX !

I found almost no bad reviews on this one and the Auto Zone Duralast Gold.
The Walmart was less expensive and beter CCA.
Both have 3yr. replacement

And about a month ago it got a new in bed Tool box

Cool beans. The sweet thing about the 70's pickups is the MASSIVE amount of headroom. My buddy is about 6'2 and his head clears by almost 6 in.

I will say this to both of you guys though, the 3rd gen seats aren't as comfortable as a new 2nd gen seat. My dad has a 3rd gen with 125k on it and the seats aren't that comfy anymore. But mine are...well, at least my passenger side seat.

I wanna do something to my Ram.
I need a job. Imma start saving for my timing set, and if I get a job, who knows what will happen then.

I have had great luck with those. I have run them in a few trucks. The best part about them, is often times if you take them to the front register instead of the tire counter, they dont know to punch the date stickers. Then, when it finally does die, you just take it back for an exchange. Lol

The guy wasn't so much stuck as his transmission had **** itself, he had no forward gears, and was backing out of a driveway and couldn't make the turn.

Oh, the tow hooks are those trucks are useless, they're too close to the bumper to get anything threw them....

My lil ole 360 had no trouble pulling him out, didn't even spin tire
