And that's a good point. But $500 bucks just for remote start isn't worth it to me... Even if I have to sit in a hot or freezing cold car...
But that's just me...
Edit: I drove the Jeep once, used the remote start once just to see if it worked, put it in drive and it died, my mother who rode with us said "Um, you still have to turn the key!" Thanks for the info mom!

Well I think my step father was gonna try and do it himself but ended up taking it to a dealer, I think, may have been a regular shop though.
But between the cost of what ever kind he bought and installation was $500.
