They are indeed brighter. I have to get some aiming adjustment done though. Have been off since leveling was done. However, I have a stripped screw trying to figure what to do...

I would be REAL interested in seeing a parts list for your front hub conversion.

HeyYou,

I plan to post parts list and pics after i get home from Texas. If you have access to the Ford D60 stub shafts, hubs and spindles for cheap/free you are way farther than i was. Those are the most expensive portions of the project.

You know, they make this neat thing called a spare tire. You carry one with you so that when you have one of your four tires go out on you, you can put it on and keep on truckin. Sure beats having to be flatbead towed. Just a suggestion.

Drove my truck to work today. Not something I do very often anymore, but I sure enjoy just driving it. Way more fun then the gas sipper.

I mean this with no disrespect to anyone it may apply to but, I've always wondered what people who have either big tires or one of those all wheel no tire deal's will do when they get a flat? OR people who just don't have a spare period, regardless of tire/wheel size.

Or in the extreme case like today I was driving south on I75 and saw a van off to the side of the road, looked like it had a flat, got close enough to see, the whole friggin WHEEL on the driver rear was GONE, nothing but brake drum.

Another case in point, I saw a Chevy S10 on the side of the road with at least 22" or 24" wheels with a shredded to hell and back tire.
